With a technical background in Biomedical Engineering, he's accustomed to breaking down complex problems into manageable components. Coen prefers to start with what's already possible rather than wait endlessly until everything is perfectly thought out. By doing, you naturally discover what else is needed.

It's precisely this pragmatic approach that makes him valuable in projects where technology, policy, and interests intersect. Coen feels at home in environments where impact matters: whether it's an immediate improvement or a change that only becomes visible later. He actively seeks solutions that are not only smart but also truly work in practice. In doing so, he always considers the various perspectives involved and knows how to balance them effectively.

In his free time, Coen enjoys a balance between action and relaxation. He regularly goes karting with friends, passionately pushing himself to the limit to take every corner just a little bit better, ultimately improving his lap time. On the other hand, Coen also enjoys a bit more peace and quiet, like a nice walk in nature or a cozy board game.
