Within Delta Pi's Young Professional program, Mitchell is developing as a trainee consultant in risk and asset management, RAMS engineering, and data-driven process optimization. He seamlessly transitions between strategy and operations: from defining requirements and stakeholders to testing assumptions with data and implementing a sustainable working method. He also keeps the user in mind; a solution is only good if teams can start using it tomorrow.
