"What causes undesirable events to occur? What factors contribute to this?" And: "How can we minimize the chance of an event occurring?" These are just a few questions that Ronny, a consultant at Delta Pi, is passionate about and eager to tackle. "I'm interested in not just looking back at how something happened, but especially looking ahead to how it can be prevented in the future," says Ronny. Why? Because only then can you truly have an impact on a situation. And that's precisely why he chose to put his knowledge and expertise into practice at Delta Pi.

The most enjoyable assignments? For Ronny, these are the ones where he can devise innovative and creative solutions and single-handedly ensure top-notch quality. He wants to add value to his clients – not see his advice disappear into a drawer. Therefore, he strives for the highest possible quality in all his assignments. This consistent quality is recognized not only by colleagues at Delta Pi, but also by clients such as ProRail, Rijkswaterstaat, and Damen. Together with them, Ronny analyzes the threats and opportunities of assets, projects, and organizations, with the goal of anticipating future events.

Ronny's perseverance is evident not only in his work but also in his hobbies. He puts his best foot forward every week at the Vesta'19 football club and the Witte Raven tennis club in Ravenstein. He taught himself to play guitar, so he can now string together a decent tune. And in the winter months, he enjoys skiing down the Alpine peaks.
