With 18 colleagues,youwill provide advice on challenging projects, programs,and complex technical installations, such as managing the risksofa new train safety system for the entire Netherlands, analyzing the threats that prevent storm surge barriers like the Maeslantkering and Oosterscheldekering from closing when needed, or professionalizing asset management at various water authorities. Different from your current job
We have fantastic clients, such as Rijkswaterstaat (the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management), ProRail (the Dutch Rail Network), water boards, major contractors, and the industry. We're often asked to handle truly difficult and complex issues. Why? Because our consultants have extensive knowledge of Asset Management, Risk Management, and Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety Management (RAMS). As a junior consultant at our consultancy, you'll join us with several years of experience in risk management, asset management, or RAMS. Your knowledge and experience in risk management, for example, will help you grow into a consultant with broad expertise in all facets. We have all the specializations under one roof. You'll learn from leaders in the field, so you can quickly become one of the best and make an impact for our clients.
Delta Pi has a flat organizational structure and an informal atmosphere. Both directors are working foremen and therefore also manage projects, just like you will. This creates a strong bond, keeps communication lines short, and ensures we improve every day.
As a junior consultant, you can develop your skills across the board. You won't be an anonymous "newcomer" with us, but will be directly visible within the organization. Our teams are small, and you'll be mentored by an experienced senior consultant. There's plenty of room for learning, initiative, and creativity, while always maintaining quality as our standard. Your responsibilities include:
- Facilitating risk sessions, workshops, and client consultations together with project members (senior consultant and/or consultant);
- Contributing to (and independently preparing parts of) Risk inventories and analyses, RAMS analyses or Maintenance analyses;
- Providing support during training sessions (providing teaching materials, participating in training sessions);
- Active participation in the bi-weekly "Ready for Tomorrow Day" at our office in Vught, where we work to prepare ourselves as a Delta Pi team for the challenges of tomorrow;

Who are you?
You enjoy examining the performance of technology, processes, and organizations from both opportunities and threats. You're ready to grow in this area. You're independent and a team player, possess strong analytical skills, and possess excellent communication skills.
You have:
- HBO/WO diploma, for example in the field of Technical Business Administration, Asset Management, Risk Management, Integral Safety, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Management, Maintenance Technology, Business Administration.
- If you already have relevant work experience, we find that extra interesting. If you are a starter: you are very welcome to our wonderful field!
- You are interested in how to get the best performance from technical systems, people and business processes (and want to become even better at it!)
- A positive, curious, assertive and commercial attitude
- A healthy dose of humor and you are a nice colleague to work with
