Risk Reduction in Change Processes Course
A changing environment, new technologies, or different insights and perspectives on business operations: organizations are constantly confronted with changes, both large and small. The ability to manage change is a key factor in the survival of organizations. How do you get people on board and ensure successful change processes? The Risk Reduction in Change Processes course offers insight into organizational principles and organizational behavior. Participants learn to recognize, reduce, and/or eliminate resistance factors. Furthermore, they are provided with concrete tools for setting up and monitoring a change process.
Training design
The training is intended for people in management positions, as well as project leaders and consultants involved in organizational change processes. It consists of four 4.5-hour sessions. Each session is divided into two 2-hour blocks, with a half-hour break. The session begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 8:30 PM.
