(32-40 hours/week, throughout the Netherlands)
Short lines of communication, high-level advice, and helping to build the finest consultancy in the Netherlands. That's exactly what you're looking for! We don't need to become the biggest, but we do need to remain the best in our field and the best employer in our industry. Advising with 13 colleagues on complex projects, programs, and projects, such as managing the risks of a new train safety system for the entire Netherlands, the (RAMS) performance management of the largest sea lock in the world, or professionalizing asset management at various water boards. That's exactly what you want to be part of, isn't it?
Different from your current job
We have fantastic clients, such as Rijkswaterstaat (the Directorate-General for Public Works and Water Management), ProRail, and major contractors. Truly difficult and complex issues are what we're often asked to handle. Why? Because our consultants have extensive knowledge of Asset Management, Risk Management, and Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety Management. While competitors claim to have all the specializations under one roof, we have them all in one place…yours! The same goes for your colleagues, of course. Together, we'll ensure that the areas where you can further develop reach a higher level.
Delta Pi has a flat organizational structure and an informal atmosphere. Both directors are working foremen and therefore also manage projects, just like you will. This creates a strong bond, keeps communication lines short, and ensures that we all pull together.
While others sometimes work with hundreds or more advisors, we deliberately maintain a compact team. We don't aim to be the biggest, but we do want to remain at the forefront of the industry.
At Delta Pi, we don't just focus on analysis and technology; we also consider social and communication skills just as important. Our advisors are also qualified to deliver internal and external training courses, workshops, and presentations (for example, at universities of applied sciences). If that's something you enjoy, you'll be right at home with us.
Of course, our work is also socially important. Through our advice, support, and (interim) management, we work together to ensure that trains keep running, the Netherlands doesn't become mired in one massive traffic jam, we stay dry, and we succeed in the challenging energy transition. We are based in North Brabant, in the beautiful and centrally located town of Vught, with a national outlook. Our colleagues come from all over.
Within our organization, you'll take on your own role and responsibility. What's more, you can choose which project you'd like to work on.
We're often spontaneously asked by clients and prospects to contribute ideas and actions. This is partly because we don't just identify opportunities and threats, but also, and more importantly, think along about how to capitalize on them and manage threats. We're not afraid to be completely transparent with our clients and, of course, to speak out, with well-reasoned reasoning. Internally, we therefore regularly emphasize that we apply our "risk-focused" approach to everything we do.
In short, with a team of currently 18 dedicated consultants, we're working on fantastic projects for fantastic clients. This could be the perfect fit for you! Feel free to bring your network along to expand your network.
