Are you eager to gain broad technical and advisory experience in infrastructure and civil engineering projects and develop into an expert in bridges, locks, flood defenses, or even railways? This is a special work and training program within Delta Pi. Rijkswaterstaat, ProRail, and our other clients are leading companies that contribute to the construction and maintenance of Dutch infrastructure in various ways. This program offers a unique new opportunity to work at various organizations and discover what suits you best. At the same time, you can further develop your professional skills through various training courses and assignments.
You'll learn about professional practices, develop risk management methods and techniques, and work with clients, enabling you to advance in areas such as technical quality management and business partnerships. You'll also participate in training and courses to develop your personal and communication skills, all under the guidance of a dedicated internal coach. Add to that your ever-expanding network, and you've got the ideal next step in your career! After this period, you can start working as a fully qualified Asset and Risk Manager in our field.

Thanks to available, reliable, and safe bridges and tunnels, we also ensure that road traffic can flow smoothly and safely. And because the flood defenses are functioning as intended, the Netherlands can and should count on dry feet.
