Delta Pi strives to operate sustainably, with reduced energy consumption and even lower CO2 emissions. Sustainable thinking and actions are key to our work and behavior. We attach great importance to minimizing our impact. The CO2 Performance Ladder is a key tool in achieving this. Certification not only helps us take one-time measures but also requires an active policy to continuously work on sustainability. The CO2 Performance Ladder was originally developed in 2009 by ProRail and has been owned and managed by the Foundation for Climate-Friendly Procurement and Business (SKAO) The CO2 Performance Ladder is the leading sustainability tool in the Netherlands and Belgium, helping companies and governments reduce CO2 emissions and costs.

How does it work?

Clients are increasingly imposing sustainability requirements. The CO2 Performance Ladder is a CO2 management system consisting of five levels. Up to and including level 3, organizations address the CO2 emissions of their own organization and projects. From level 4 onward, CO2 emissions within the supply chain and sector are also addressed. Delta Pi focuses primarily on optimizing assets, thereby continuously reducing our energy consumption. Provided, of course, that this is within our financial and reasonable means. By pursuing an active energy policy, we are constantly working to reduce our CO2 emissions. This is how we aim to protect the environment as much as possible.
